Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

United States Shipping

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Most U.S. customers receive their orders within 5 business days from the date of shipment.

Europe Shipping

Estimated delivery times:

  • Western Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Central Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Northern Europe: 5–12 business days
  • Southern Europe: 7–12 business days

Countries may include Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and other eligible destinations.

Canada

Estimated delivery time:

  • 5–10 business days

Australia & New Zealand

Estimated delivery time:

  • 7–14 business days

International Shipping

Estimated delivery time:

  • 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other government fees required by their country.

Petiva.us is not responsible for customs-related delays.

Tracking Information

All eligible orders include shipment tracking. Customers will receive tracking information by email once their order ships.

Delivery Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday periods.

If a shipment is delayed more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, customers may qualify for:

  • 15% Discount on a Future Purchase

Eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or a package is believed lost, please contact our support team within 30 days of shipment.
